Cake of the Month: Satsuma, Almond and Ceylon Cinnamon Torte

Squeezing the last juice out of naartjies 🍊

A delicate almond torte made with Cream of the Crop cultured butter, ground almonds, unrefined caster sugar and flavoured with ceylon cinnamon. This cake manages to be rich and light at the same time, melting in your mouth due to the delicious butter and its high fat content.

To finish it off Maria, is making us some crème fraiche to serve alongside the cake, which you can simply dollop or drizzle over your cake.

This cake is gluten free and made with excellent ingredients.
