ALL ABOUT MONDVOL SOET

Mondvol Soet is an online cake studio based in Cape Town, South Africa. I source my ingredients locally and directly and take inspiration from seasonality, occasion and recipes with a story.

The name took inspiration from the Afrikaans saying - wat die hart van vol is, loop die mond van oor - and what is better for your heart and mouth than to be filled with sweet things?

My offering consists of a seasonal Friday Cake; a Variety of Cakes to dress your event table; as well as a smaller range of confectionary items which are available at select delis in Cape Town or for wholesale.
