Cake of the Month: Apricot Almond Butter Bliss
Tangy yet sweet.
An almond butter cake base with organic lemon and vanilla, stacked with quartered organic apricots brushed with honey and a hint of Ceylon cinnamon, This is baked until the cake is golden brown and the fruit is with soft and gooey. Topped off with a vanilla Italian meringue and torched.
This month’s cake is available in one size:
18cm single layer cake (serves 8 people)
