Cake of the Month: Dark Mocha Mousse Cake 🐻

Chocolatey Chocolate!

The dark cocoa sponge with tahini buttercream is such a favourite that it's difficult to take off of the website.. BUT I know how good THIS cake is and I have to raise a contender to the classic tahini cake (and I have to fit it into this year!).

Clearly inspired by The Bear, however it's also take on my Chocolate Bomb cake from 2023... so, who made its first?
