This cake is a standard on Cake Canteen’s counter and we have decided to keep it on here for winter that it’s popping up here again for a limited time only.

Inspired by The Bear TV series, this cake consists of two soft, moist chocolate sponge layers sandwiched together with a rich, silky smooth chocolate mousse. All of this is wrapped up in a decadent mocha buttercream topped with espresso beans dipped in chocolate.

* Contains espresso and a serious amount of chocolate.

This cake is available in two sizes:
Layered 18cm cake (serves 8 - 12 people)

Layered 25cm cake (serves 12 - 18 people)

Cake Care

Cakes are best stored in the fridge and travel best from there however do serve at room temperature. 

Shelf Life 

A full five days if stored boxed and wrapped in the fridge.
