Made with vibrant and delicious organic granadillas from Piket-Bo-Berg from Red Mountain Farm, this passionfruit cake is made with passionfruit curd, set between two generous layers of lime & coconut sponge and topped with a buttercream icing.

I count myself lucky to work within a perfumed cloud of passionfruit – and even my children claim it’s the best smell they have ever smelled...
