Dark Cocoa Sponge Cake with Tahini Buttercream

The cake for people who love a bit of salty with their sweet.

The sweet, pillowy soft layers of dark cocoa sponge is perfectly complimented by the tahini buttercream on this cake. This cake has been with us since day one and we have realised we can never not have in on our menu!

We add in top sesame brittle as a cake topper for extra fun. 

This cake is available in two sizes:
Double layer 18cm cake (serves 8 - 10 people)
Triple layer 18cm cake (serves 12 - 18 people)

Cake Care

Cakes are best stored in the fridge and travel best from there however do serve at room temperature. Cakes travel best from the fridge and should be placed on a flat surface such as the boot.

Shelf Life 

A full five days if stored boxed and wrapped in the fridge.
