Three layers of moist cake sponge packed with grated carrot, locally sourced toasted pecans and sweet chunks of pineapple, gently spiced with cinnamon, orange and lemon layered with a vanilla cream cheese icing. The top of the cake layers are baked with a spelt crumble for extra crunch.

Cake Care
Cakes are best stored in the fridge and travel best from there however do serve at room temperature. Cakes travel best from the fridge and should be placed on a flat surface such as the boot.

A full five days if stored boxed and wrapped in the fridge.
