‘Pistasie’ — in celebration of the our local pistachio harvest - we have created a ‘Pistasie’ Dome Cake!

What’s special

• Genoise sponge thinly layered with pistachio and white chocolate moussaline
• Topped with a think airy layer of vanilla custard and a salted vanilla buttercream
• Wrapped up in a off white slated vanilla buttercream 

• Multiple cake layers - serves 12

Ordering & collection

• Available for collection on your selected Friday between 09:00 and 15:30 from:
  • Cake Canteen, Gardens, Stellenbosch or Bellville
  • Sugo Deli, Little Mowbray (3 Surrey Rd)
  • The Deli Social, Hout Bay
  • Our Kitchen in Hout Bay
• Delivery by arrangement via Uber within the CBD — please arrange before ordering

Need a cake for a different date? Send an email to mondvolsoet@gmail.com. We do bake on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - however you will need to collect from our kitchen in Hout Bay on those days.

Care & shelf life

• Store boxed and wrapped in the fridge; serve at room temperature for best texture
• Travels best chilled on a flat surface (e.g., car boot)
• Keeps up to 5 days refrigerated
